Open Identity Exchange is uniquely positioned as a non-profit, technology-agnostic, cross-industry association to provide a new B2B service. We believe we can leverage the equity OIX has built as a neutral, authoritative, and trusted global brand to fill a gap in the ecosystem and better serve our members and partners. The Identity Channel would look aggregate, curate and redistribute video content, webinars and podcasts, white papers and other relevant materials from OIX Members and conference partners, increasing the ROI of this high value content, for the benefit of suppliers, customers, prospects developers and the community at large.
The Identity Channel would provide a central platform for the adoption of best practices & open standards as well as an amplification of member content and market messaging.
OIX will carry out its due diligence for this new program through an OIX Global project and resulting white paper testing out the proposition that the Identity Channel seems a logical extension of OIX’s B2B, complementary to the OIXnet.org registry and consistent with our mission.
